RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing this agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of personal watercraft (jet ski), including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, death, and property damage.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Renter releases, waives, and discharges Peak Power Sports, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the rental or use of the watercraft.

3. SAFE OPERATION: Renter agrees to operate the watercraft in a safe, responsible manner in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. No alcohol or drug use is permitted while operating the watercraft.

4. MINIMUM AGE: Operators must be at least 16 years of age. Renters under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign this waiver.

5. LIFE JACKETS: All riders must wear a properly fitted personal flotation device (life jacket) at all times while on the watercraft.

6. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY: Renter is responsible for any damage to the watercraft beyond normal wear and tear. Renter's credit card on file may be charged for damages.

7. RETURN CONDITION: The watercraft must be returned to the designated area at the agreed-upon time with the fuel level maintained.

8. NO WAKE ZONES: Renter agrees to observe all posted speed limits and no-wake zones.

9. WEATHER: Peak Power Sports reserves the right to cancel or postpone any rental due to unsafe weather conditions. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

10. INDEMNIFICATION: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peak Power Sports from any third-party claims arising from the Renter's use of the watercraft.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
